Mechanical Engineer
Current• Senoir full in charge of main engine, boiler, auxiliary machinaries and aux angine . • Operation Troubleshooting and maintenance of all machinaries, safety equipments.• Attending alarms and trips restoring the system.• Assigning job for crew and supervising.• Monitoring and record of process parameter of each machinaries.• Development of standards and procedures to improve the system and machinery performance.• Following PMS (Planned maintenance system) & CMS (Condition monitoring sysytem) to avoid break down and down time.• Consumption of the consumable materials as per norms.• Maintenance of the plant in proper condition.• Responsible for doing the cargo operations.• Monitoring all parameters of inert gas cargo system and nitrogen generator system..• Routine maintenance on deck machinery and cranes• Documentation of mips• Complete incharge of boiler water treatment, tank cleaning, and steam heating of cargo.• Facing the internal & external audits.• Meeting high standards of annual survey • Leading the team and oraganizing the job.
