I oversee high school football prospect Scouting in 7 States (Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida). The process involves analysis of football skill set and academics of top high school prospects. Work with many NCAA Division I, II and III football programs by helping them evaluate high school and Junior College prospects. I also head up a sales force that has worked with over 350 colleges and Universities per year for the past 3 years. My duties not only include building the athlete profile but selling to colleges and Universities as well..

Headed up all recruiting operations of the football program. These duties included the following but were not limited to organization of coaches recruiting areas, evaluation of prospects, oversee a staff of full time and part time personnel, oversee a budget in excess of $250,000, handle all official visits and compliance with NCAA rules and regulations. Other duties included camps and combines, speaking engagements and other responsibilities as assigned by the head football coach.

Clinton, Mississippi

Scouted high school and Junior College football prospects and collected game film and highlights for four year colleges and universities. Worked with over 40 colleges and universities throughout the country. Company was totally debt free and grossed $85K in year number two. Managed a website, formed partnerships with other companies in the sports industry, ran camps and combines and met the recruiting needs of college football programs.

Raymond, Mississippi

Duties included Organizing the offense, the offensive staff, developing game plan strategy and recruiting specific areas in the state of Mississippi and out of state. Other duties were also performed within the football program such as practice and game field maintenance, painting field, equipment room duties.Taught freshman level Health classes as well as Drug awareness and Golf classes.

Other duties included Recruiting Coordinator, game and practice field maintenance and equipment room as assigned. Raised local money for first ever in ground film tower for practice fields. Coached Super Bowl RB Lagarrette Blount (New England Patriots).

Pineville, Louisiana

Over saw all operations of the football program and football team at Louisiana College. Organized staff, worked with administration and raised money in the community for the football program. Coordinated the offense that rated 2nd in the country in all Divisions in total years in 2005 with 512 yards per game average. Threw for an average of 378 yards per game and averaged 35 point per game. Led team to a 4-5 record which at that time was a tie for the most wins since bringing the football program back.

Birmingham, Alabama

Duties included Coaching the quarterbacks, practice preparation, meeting and teaching quarterbacks, recruiting specific areas in the state of Alabama and out of state. Headed up the summer Bulldog Youth Camp which was a big success and was Academic Liaison. Organized study hall for the team and monitored academic success of players working with professors and academic support staff. Coached All Conference (Ohio Valley Conference) Quarterback Ray Nelson for three years as well as coached Cortland Finnegan on the kickoff return team. Cortland led the nation in kickoff returns as a freshman and has since gone on to a spectacular NFL career with the Tennessee Titans, St. Louis Rams and Miami Dolphins.

Wesson, Mississippi

Coordinated the offensive staff, coaches all skill positions on the offensive side of the ball and formulated game plan. Performed other duties such as practice and game field maintenance and equipment room. Taught freshman level Health Classes and introduction Golf classes. Signed LB Tim Dobbins who went on to a stellar college career at Iowa State and NFL Career.

Coordinated the offensive staff, formulated game plan and recruited specified areas in the state of South Carolina and out of state. Was in charge of Player Academics, study hall and academic progress towards graduation. Performed other duties such as practice field maintenance, mowing, lining the fields and painting the fields. Sold adds to local businesses to support the yearly athletics Mdia Guide.Helped lead the team to its first ever post season Bowl Game (KWTO Bowl) in 1999. Bowl game was played in Bolivar, Missouri.
