I have a mix of qualities that reflect different sides of who I am and make me unique to those who know me. In leadership roles, I am recognized as a determined force for progress and a supportive guide to my team. Among colleagues, I am known for my approachability, authenticity, and eagerness to lend a hand whenever needed. Within my social circles, I am goofy and eccentric, always eager to share the latest of my automotive hijinks; and yet, when it comes to those I care most about, I am a relentless protector. At the core, I value integrity and am driven by a sense of responsibility to do the right thing and to cherish each moment of this fleeting life. Ultimately, I strive to embody the best qualities of my role models and be unabashed in who I am. When I look back in 40 years, I want to be proud of the life I've lead and the impact I've had on the world around me.
