My expertise spans managing multiple simultaneous projects in both commercial construction and heavy industrial sectors, including mining, oxygen plants, acid plants, smelters, and refineries. My experience encompasses heavy industrial work involving electrical systems, piping, equipment installations, building envelope upgrades, grading, and infrastructure development. I am proficient in design and detailing, including drawing, detailing, and reading blueprints to ensure accurate construction and successful project oversight. My responsibilities have included managing projects from the design phase to commissioning and start-up, ensuring they meet contract specifications.My proficiency in document control functions is a testament to my ability to manage project details effectively. This includes managing RFIs, submittals, drawings, testing activities, schedule tracking, and cost control. I am skilled at preparing daily reports, deficiency lists, and punch lists and performing quality control and safety responsibilities.My professional journey has been enriched by three years of dedicated volunteer service in the fire department, including serving as secretary and treasurer on the board of the Mapleton Fire Association. I have completed FIRE 1 & 2, Hazmat Operations and Awareness, and am a Certified Hazardous Material Technician.
