Responsible for daily management of statewide defense Workers’ Compensation law firm reporting directly to Partnership. Managed 4 locations with over 50 employees and was accountable for all aspects of IT, Financials (A/P, 401K administration, Payroll), HR, Operations/Facilities, Project Management, Purchasing, Client development and Vendor relations.

Responsible for 8 office locations throughout the U.S. and Canada, and over 100 remote/home users. Managed 10 resources (7 local and 3 remote technicians) responsible for all internal IT systems (desktops/servers/network/peripherals/telecom) totaling over 2000 nodes running all flavors of Windows and Mac OS, Red Hat Linux, and Digital Tru64 Unix.
