Successfully implemented a Learning Management System (LMS) in Parliamentary Service centralising many courses and induction material that was historically maintained within each department. The goal, to train over 800 staff in Parliament and remotely across the country in 120 regional MP offices.I facilitated the project ensuring all parties were clear on expectations and worked to a clear deadline. I collaborated with managers across all Parliamentary departments to discuss training requirements and present the new system, gaining a 100% buy-in for the new approach. Working with the O&D team I set a plan in place for the creation of multiple courses available for our launch date. The LMS was successfully implemented into the ServiceNow environment with minimal delays. It allowed all training to be located centrally making it visible to all, with reporting available to all departmental managersManaging the project vendors: Platcore (USA based provider of the LMS a ServiceNow plugin); Datacom to set up Azure cloud blob storage; Red Moki our ServiceNow partner. One of the major issues I overcame was the time difference with the USA and being able to set up appropriate meetings to suit all parties.
