It allowed all training to be located centrally making it visible to all, with reporting available to all departmental managersManaging the project vendors: Platcore (USA based provider of the LMS a ServiceNow plugin); Datacom to set up Azure cloud blob storage; Red Moki our ServiceNow partner. One of the major issues I overcame was the time difference with the USA and being able to set up appropriate meetings to suit all parties.
