At Trailbreak Partners, my primary responsibility is execution of heavy retrofit and ground up development for our opportunistic pipeline. Day-to-day focus is on development strategy and accountable for making sure our team delivers projects on time and on budget.

I worked in all facets of the development process for WWR, including acquisitions, developing visions for those acquisitions, pro forma creation, due diligence, entitlement, and construction oversight both for core and shell and tenant improvements. I assisted in real estate development projects with duties ranging from pro forma creation, oversight of build-out of tenant space, property management and researching potential development opportunities.

I completed my MBA focusing on real estate and sustainability. I am interested in sustainable reuse and redevelopment of already built land, specifically brownfields.

I worked as an Brownfield consultant which involved tasks ranging from community outreach, community education, presentations to various governmental entities, and most importantly finding creative solutions for developer funding gaps utilizing tax increment financing and local and state grants and loans.
