The first sixteen years of my working career have all been with Parker Hannifin Aerospace, Hydraulic systems division. The first 12 years I spent as a mechanic where I learned all the ins and outs of fluid power. I am proficient in hydraulic plumbing, high pressure systems, flow control, pumps, valves, pneumatics. Low voltage systems such as 4-20mA 0-10V, plc controls, VFDs, soft starts, dielectric and insulation resistance testing, soldering, pressure transducers and gauging, fluid circuitry, and design. My current role with Parker Hannifin is a maintenance technician. In this role my skill sets include industrial plumbing, water filtration, building maintenance upgrades and design, hydraulic test stand design, diagnostics, service and repair, perform preventative maintenance per SOPs using infor10 maintenance software. As a maintenance technician we also handle our own building and grounds such as snow removal, heavy equipment operation, and irrigation systems.One of my current goals is to use my skill sets to carry me into a change in career.
