In this role I worked as part of our Global capability development business and had responsibility for the evolution, enhancement and delivery of our Learning and Development services and solutions, to make them more impactful, available and accessible. These services and solutions were then marketed to external clients across the Biopharma industry as part of the broader portfolio of Amplity Health's capabilities. Core responsibilities :Leadership of the Learning Strategy, Project Management and Creative Production Teams including all aspects for management, coaching and leadershipCombining client insights with developments across the L&D and Pharma industry to ensure they meet the needs of the present day whilst being fit for the futureLeading strategy development and ensuring that all action plans, KPIs and measurement processes are driving towards the same shared vision / objectivesLeading senior level client discovery sessions and helping to scope out bespoke solutions and broker partnershipsIdentifying and contracting with vendors who can supplement the Amplity Capability Development philosophy, library of content and delivery of solutionsEnsuring timely escalation of issues to ELT level, dissemination of organisation wide initiatives and input into strategic activities through attendance and participation at ELT events
