Provide project management for all new and expansions of behavioral health programs in five states. Assist with the program design and proposal response for potiential projects. Provide guidance and supervision to start up teams regarding all aspects of project development. Coordinate Telecare internal corporate resources to address new program needs..

Aid in the start up of new programs. Assist with hiring personnel, liaison to contracting agencies, hiring and orientation of new employees, development of program policy and procedures, ensure licensing/certification of facilities. Coordination with other internal and external departments to coordinate project development.

Provide regional administrative and clinical guidance for the operation of 5 out patient mental health centers, a crisis assessment and residential treatment alternative to in patient hospitalization, and 4 ACT teams. Oversight of 250 employees and approximatley 4,000 consumers engaged in servcies.

Provide direction and leadership to Local Managment Entity for a publicly managed behavioral healthcare system of care covering 250,000 lives. Design, supervise and monitor the development of a utilization management system, member servcies, 24 access to care services and information technology system. Coorindation of 12 internal departments and direct.
