I completed all the paper work that was required for us to win the contract. Tandem Networks was one of the contractors for Bell Canada in eastern Ontario. - Implemented tool and inventory controls. Tandem Networks now have minimal stock on hand and in the trucks. Ordering for their projects is now done 48 hours in advance of the due date. Major tools now have to be signed out by the technician that is using them. - Implemented safety controls that all supervisors are to log site inspections on the projects tailboard and any infractions are to be dealt with immediately and corrected while on site. This has reduced safety infractions by 98%.
