37 years in the Catv industry. Also a graduate of industrial electronics technology as well as trained as a industrial electrician at a class 3 level. Also certified in tax acounting 2 times over. graduated in electronic repairs with the highest honors certified .Built a maintenance division of almost 100 techs. From hiring all, to creating a process for each division and stepping up supervisor's within each division.Division's- PNM and ePNM- Hired all involved and trained several individuals to be team leads. Teams where all over the GTA and Ottawa and the Durham region.MDU's- Trained and established procedures for the entire division in all aspects of MDU work, internal and external.Power supplies- Trained and established procedures for that entire division, up to including building a training room to train all involved from PNM work to the total replacement of power supplies.Dig & repairs and bore shots- Built and trained the teams to find the exact fault location as well as running lines.Pole transfer's- Mentored and trained team members on all aspects of project co-ordination from start to finish.Uplift rebuild- Set up procedures and built many teams and excelled .Line work- Set up and implemented line work teams, from pole transfers to re and re from existing strands. Ensuring all Jackson bends are to spec.Built TDR tap plates for all team members as to directly shoot through a tap with an AC block on the IP and OP with minimal downtime.Trained techs to remotely inject AC into the plant at various locations in order to complete work, with no downtime within the plant.
