I played a pivotal role in departmental growth, developing and implementing a comprehensive training program that expanded our team from just three to nearly thirty drafters. Furthermore, I fostered seamless collaboration across departments within Mastec, streamlining communication and efficiently addressing project changes and errors. As the primary liaison for several of our key data partners, I cultivated strong relationships, ensuring smooth data exchange and project success.
