Established and built a service division at an existing new construction garage door company. Hired, trained, and rode with technicians to teach/ensure proper skillset and communication needed to achieve company KPI's including close rate and average ticket. Also handled customer complaints and customer resolutions. Transitioned to New Construction sales following Hurricane Ian due to the large volume of damage to garage doors in the flooding of the Hurricane.

Transferred to Best Home Service to Frank Gay Services(sister company owned by Apex) to help establish and grow the AC division. Worked with my service manager and 2 admins to manage 30 technicians and installers and grow revenue over 100% in one year between AC service and installs.

Managed 7-9 Install crews through the onset and peak of Covid

Lead a team of dispatchers doing AC and PL dispatch. Dispatching for profits, learning technician mindset/tendencies, and right call right tech. Also ensure timely updates of customers as well as consistent communication between technicians and customers to ensure technician success in the home.

Completed maintenance and service visits. Learned and perfected running the perfect service call after having learned from the best technicians@Best. Also had an overall conversion rate of 82% with a $600 average ticket while in the field.
