Commander of the U.S. Air Force's B-2 stealth bomber operations group. Led an organization of 400 personnel, an annual budget of $35M, and military assets valued at over $46B. Responsible for training of all B-2 aviators, and the operations and planning to ensure the combat readiness of the Air Force's premier long-range strike aircraft. Responsible for the safe execution of over 5,000 flight hours annually. Led the organization to earn the General Muir S. Fairchild Trophy as the U.S. Air Force's best bomb wing in both 2014 and 2015, and the General Curtis E. Lemay Trophy for the U.S. Air Force's best bomber operations.- B-2 Evaluator Pilot and T-38 Evaluator Pilot- Authored a strategic plan for the organization. The first in over a decade. - Centralized and integrated 75 duties across the unit; saved 10,000 man-hours annually- Improved teamwork and communication with other organizations increasing operations by 20%, the highest in 8 years- Led the creation of a $6M virtual training center, merging simulated and real world domains, allowing the highest fidelity training in the most challenging environments

Advised the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Secretary of Defense on the assignment and allocation of United States forces around the world to meet national strategic objectives. Worked with all Department of Defense Services and Combatant Commanders to formulate the sourcing of resources to support military operations around the world.- Negotiated the resourcing of over 3,800 global requirements for Fiscal Year 2015 operational plans- Ensured the Department of Defense was able to meet demands despite a 20% cut in the Defense Budget

Provides direct support for security, construction, communication, fire protection, human resources and family support for over $46B in assets and the people that support and operate them. Help oversee a $40M budget and a $340M construction program.- T-38 Instructor Pilot- Worked with corporate vendors to secure high priority parts for the B-2 three months early- Orchestrated the $1M emergency repair of a critical operations facility following a flood- Led the acquisition of new satellite communication capabilities, ensuring global communications

Responsible for all unit functions to include human resources, security, administration and the safe execution of 650 flying hours and a $1M budget.- B-2 Evaluator Pilot and T-38 Evaluator Pilot- Handpicked to lead the planning and coordination of a multi-agency classified mission for the President of the United States. Briefed members of the National Security Council for Presidential decision- Completely revised 850 hours of academics to teach the newest threats and advanced tactics- Authored new tactics that integrated air assets with cyber and space to provide maximum combat effectiveness

Performed research on developing, advance technologies applicable to national defense. Co-authored a 110 page paper on how to address the security concerns associated with the recycling of nuclear spent fuel around the globe.

Instructor at the most advanced tactics school for the B-2 bomber. Responsible for the training of B-2 Weapons Officers in tactics, leadership, and integrated battle-space dominance across multiple domains. B-2 Instructor Pilot and T-38 Evaluator Pilot.
