Senior Service Center Representative
CurrentAnswering customer service calls from clients, agents and business entities. Handling calls related to general customer services issues, billing inquires, automobile, home and umbrella insurance policies. Acting as Trainer for all new customer service center representatives. Serving as main knowledge base for all employees in the service center. Resolving escalated customer conflicts. Providing management with updates of day-to-day issues to maintain a well-coordinated and effective team. Attending weekly sales management team meetings.
