I am a Chartered Fire Engineer with experience of developing innovative fire engineering solutions for buildings in the Middle East, USA, UK, and Asia. I hold a Master of Science (MSc) Degree in Fire Protection Engineering from WPI, Massachusetts, USA and a Master of Engineering (MEng) Degree in Aerospace Manufacturing from UWE, Bristol, U.K.My role involves business development and group strategy activities in addition to project leadership with responsibility for delivering fire engineering strategies for all building types. This includes making design teams fully aware of the options available to ensure a safe and flexible building design.My typical duties involve business development and work winning in addition to providing technical support to colleagues in all aspects of fire engineering design, ensuring the delivery of technically accurate and efficient fire strategy designs. A large proportion of my time is spent meeting with clients, architects and approving authorities to present, discuss and agree fire engineering proposals and designs.My current role as Director at Joule Group involves leading the Middle East Office, delivering projects throughout the Middle East and Asia and helping to develop Joule Group in these Regions.
