As a Business Analyst for Revenue Accounting products at Navitaire/Accenture I am responsible for working with our various stake holders to do the following:- Support existing customers by working with them to understand their specific business practices, suggesting methods of using our products/systems to best support those practices, and determining when product enhancements will be required.-Capturing and documenting functional requirements for future software enhancements and participating in iterative release scoping/planning processes.- Working with software architects and engineers to understand technical features, needs, and limitations of our products and conversely to ensure they understand functional requirements of upcoming system enhancements- Assisting production support staff by helping them understand the business functions and processes our products perform along with the way our customers use them- Providing functional expertise, conducting training courses, and when needed performing project management tasks for new customer implementations or existing customer upgrades.-Supporting sales and account management staff by performing product demonstrations and helping with complex business problems
