· Key Responsibilities:· Total profit and loss accountability.· Select, train, direct and evaluate employees.· Perform administrative tasks, purchasing of inventory, setting inventory levels, performing inventories. Research for potential commercial customers and communicate products and services offered through sales presentation. Assist in opening direct billing accounts.· Arrangement of deliveries and shipping of product to commercial customers.· Rebuild battery packs and other devices in stores technical center.

Maintain focus on improving customer satisfaction.· Supervise, direct and motivate as many as twenty employees to execute the corporate business plan to maximize sales and profits.· Personal Management including selection, training and development of associates. Conduct performance reviews. Complete selling and service evaluations.· Implement, manage and reinforce corporate retail selling programs through communication, monitoring and reinforcement of customer service· Maintain facility to corporate standards including building equipment and grounds.· Create a climate of security and integrity to control inventory shrinkage from both internal and external theft.
