Product manager for the eCareManager Telehealth Platform, the technology foundation of the eICU Program, which is used to leverage the expertise of remote, centralized teams of intensivists and critical care nurses across large populations of ICU patients to improve outcomes and lower mortality. Currently used by over 50 industry-leading health systems, across 400 hospitals, and covering 8,000 beds throughout the U.S., eCareManager's innovative combination of population management tools, clinical decision support algorithms, and audio-video technology is transforming clinical care for our sickest patients and is now being extended from the ICU to use models across the emergent and acute care spaces of the hospital.

Designed and managed interoperability for eCareManager platform including interfaces with all major electronic medical records (EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, McKesson, Siemens, GE, etc), bedside documentation systems, pharmacy applications, picture archival and communication systems (PACS), and medical devices such as patient monitors and ventilators.

Lead business analyst for the original start-up development team that designed and launched the revolutionary eICU Program on the eCareManager telehealth platform.

Managed team of 10 analysts responsible for eleven managed healthcare provider applications, supporting customer implementations and system customizations, training customers, etc.
