Responsible for the daily operations as well as company-wide financial outcomes. Identify & expand new business development opportunities to strengthen organizational performance with value-added strategic partnerships. Drive strategic operational excellence initiatives focused on enhancing the delivery of patient care.

Provide leadership & direction on financial operations by analyzing & exploring means of increasing revenues & reducing facility-operating costs based on knowledge of market trends, financial reports & operating procedures. Monitor the financial impact of various economic & social events, governmental influences, pricing policies & other external forces while functioning as a financial advisor to the hospital’s Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer.

Responsible for all accounting & finance matters for affiliated subsidiaries including the timely preparation of monthly financial results & operating metrics while ensuring compliance with internal controls along with the proper revenue recognition in accordance with internal accounting policies & GAAP.

Assist in the integration of hospital acquisitions by providing onboarding support to strengthen transition from financial systems/practices. Lead/participate within work stream assignments including but not limited to Revenue Cycle, Supply Chain & Management Reporting. Develop/implement standardized best practices to ensure leaders are equipped with applicable operational management tools. Support Administration team with compilation of routine weekly, monthly & quarterly reports.Post-Acute OperationsManage the financial operations for home health/hospice programs, skilled nursing facilities & other distinct part units i.e., behavioral health, inpatient rehab & swing beds through the provision of support in strategic planning, overseeing & evaluating the achievement of identified financial & operational goals. Oversee the implementation & ongoing processes of IT&S management while supporting internal controls by establishing policies/procedures necessary to meet the needs of the facilities.Hospital OperationsPrepare/analyze hospital operating results on a routine basis helping to assure the integrity of the facilities’ Balance Sheets. Provide support in the preparation of fiscal year budgets & month end close procedures. Integral in the monitoring & regulation of standardized chart of accounts & statistics.
