I am a passionate change leader who works with all levels of an organization to define current business processes and identify areas for improvement. I value building strong relationships with peers and customers to cut costs, eliminate waste, and deliver measurable outcomes faster. Twenty two years of experience in software development have taught me that leadership, building relationships, constant communication, and a solid understanding of the business domain and technologies being used, are keys to adding value. My abilities to problem solve, think critically, listen attentively, communicate effectively and work seamlessly with others have helped me to be successful in my career. In my current role, I'm helping the organization to develop a strategy to become more product centric by defining customer outcomes and measuring key results to determine value delivered. Starting with problems to be solved and working in product discovery to define feasible solutions that can be delivered quickly for customer feedback. I have the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences in digital transformations with product and technical partners to help influence a culture of empowerment and learning. I'm also serving as a people leader to mentor and develop talent within the organization.
