In my last position I was in charge of the Western Branch of Computer Wholesalers, Inc. I managed up to 16 employees, administered our Apple, HP/Compaq, IBM and Lenovo service accounts. I also handled our local Cash and carry customers as well as and walk-in service customers. I was in charge of maintaining the local section of our network and phone systems. I assisted in pricing of used equipment and verifying the accuracy of part numbers and their associated descriptions. When we received unusual equipment I devised a way to test it. I acted as the local HR manager for the employees here and performed by-weekly payroll. I laid out the expansion plans and managed the contractors to do the work after selecting the best for the job. I was also in charge of maintaining office supplies for the facility.
