Develop access, rigging and safety plans to perform work-at-height. Supervise level I, II, and III technicians on short and long term projects. Responsible for OSHA and ANSI compliance. Work together with the client to ensure a quality job done in a safe and timely manner. Work in a multitude of environments from Oil & Gas locations both onshore and off, to building maintenance and inspection. Hold a level 2A NDT Inspection ticket.

Supervise level I, II, and III rope access technicians performing work at height. Duties include but not limited to API 570 inspection, NDT inspection, and tank maintenance. Work with the Chevron Inspection department to provide accurate and timely inspection data to the client.

Provide safety support and guide services to crews working in steep terrain. Perform terrain assessments to determine hazards and management techniques. Complete a variety of duties while climbing in 4th/5th class terrain on rock and snow. Construct complex and simple anchors for working at height and perform the required work. Initiate and oversee helicopter long line rescues and assist in training pilots in class D HETS.

Approximately 135 weeks of field work with the school. Work a variety of course types including climbing camps, mountaineering courses and caving courses, teaching rope systems and skills to students. Develop curriculum, teach, guide, and manage students safely and efficiently in a variety of terrains and classroom settings. Teach rock rescue, vertical cave rescue/techniques, and guiding techniques to current Instructors.

Work part-time as a rigger. Job duties include: inspecting equipment forcompliance with OSHA standards, and hanging audio speakers and lighting trusses using rope access, scaffolding, and mechanized Genies

Taught guide training to Exum of Utah's new and returning staff and was available for guiding throughout the summer season.

Worked in residential construction, including framing, remodeling and roofing. Also performed general building maintenance including; electricity, plumbing, and installation of appliances. Utilized anchoring and rope access techniques to work safely at height.

Supervised employees at a ski shop for four consecutive seasons. Managed day to day operations. Maintained and inventory of alpine & telemark skies and accessories. Rowed 16 1/2-foot long oar boats along the Green and Yampa Rivers Established and maintained a team environment for staff members. Worked hard to ensure and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities included; issuing and de-issuing courses, transportation of students, maintaining vehicles, overall building maintenance, and contributing to the development of a team atmosphere within the workplace.
