I am a highly committed and experienced international specialist in the use of PPP and multi-stakeholder initiatives to create impact and drive change in developing economies and, in particular, humanitarian and crisis contexts.I work across the value chain, from policy and strategy formulation, through design and funding options, to transaction preparation, implementation, resource mobilization and operational evaluation. Beyond project identification and options analysis, I have deep experience of the funding, budgeting and planning considerations around alternative financing and delivery models. In addition to working on multiple PPP, PSP, partnership and complex programs across a range of sectors, I have been directly involved in designing and supporting the institutional, governance and regulatory frameworks through which these projects are initiated and delivered. I have led projects for national, regional and city government, SOE and private sector clients and continue to work with supra-national entities, including the UN and the donor community.I lived and worked in the internationally for over 14 years and was a Principal Director with the MENA Government & Infrastructure team of a Big 4 consultancy and also worked with a leading engineering and city strategy practice before going freelance.
