David Bronson has over 24 years of experience in environmental due diligence, site investigation and remediation, and regulatory compliance. David serves as the Ramboll due diligence lead for the Kansas City office and regional area. He routinely conducts mergers and acquisitions environmental due diligence for various clients including law firms, private equity companies, lending institutions, insurance companies, and industry. In addition, David has experience as an environmental litigation consultant and provides technical support for trial, assists with the development of technical strategies for litigation, and participates in the development and defense of expert opinions. David has over 15 years of site investigation and remedial action experience conducting subsurface assessments, management of project sites in state clean-up programs, oversight of large-scale federally-directed investigations and removal actions, and pre-demolition building assessments. This experience allows for a strong understanding of identified and suspected contamination matters as it relates to environmental due diligence and developing strategies to mitigate environmental risk.
