• Responsible for monitoring key aspects of program and contract management, including subcontractor management, recruiting and staffing, security management, and linguist support processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the Defense Language Interpretation and Translation Enterprise (DLITE) and Task Order (TO) requirements.• Responsible for implementation of the TO Quality Control Plan (QCP). • Ensures QCP is reviewed, updated and approved by Government annually or as required• Primary task order Feedback loop for all quality-related matters.• Meet with the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Quality representative (typically regular, ad hoc, formal and informal).• Submit Quality Control Plan for approval to the INSCOM Quality representative.• Modify the Quality Control Plan based on feedback from INSCOM Quality representative(s).• Maintain open, professional relationships with government employees that encourage routine communication, and cooperation. • Submit the monthly Quality Progress.• Assists the CONUS Program Quality Manager (QM) through independent inspection of contract quality.• Manages the OCONUS Quality Control Inspection Process for all functional areas.• Prepares INSCOM Survey Forms, QC Inspection Checklists, and the Compliance Audit Schedule.• Works effectively with the Quality Control Representatives (QCRs) (area and site leads) and employees in applying the QCP.• Conducted and scheduled and unscheduled Compliance Audits using approved Compliance Audit Checklists and documenting non-conformities.• Assists QM with Quality Control Inspection Process as required.• Submitted and recorded reports of QC Inspections and other noteworthy QC information involving assigned functional areas to the Program QM.• Monitored the Issue Identification, Prevention, and Corrective Action Process and analyze issues and trends.• Maintains effective working relations with Government Representatives.
