Jan(08) promoted to Senior Service Delivery Operator.In charge of the daily running of the shift under the supervision of Service Delivery Manager. In whose absence take on responsibilities of the Manager. Processing high volume files received from customers, large banking institutions and acquiring banks worldwide. o Monitoring 24 x 7 daily jobs schedule. o Monitoring incoming and outgoing critical file activity to ensure timely processing. Escalate to appropriate party any late, missing or incorrect files until problem has been resolved. o Contact for customers on operational issues. o Level 1 problem determination, root cause analysis and escalation to appropriate response unit, if required. o Chairing daily operations meetings which involved liaising with members of other teams within the company for e.g. IT Support, Applications Support, System Implementations and Customer Services providing updates on all previous 24hr processing and activity. o Ensuring system and procedures meet the regulatory audit requirements. o Ensuring that there are no security breaches. o Change management, software distribution processes, disaster recovery and service level agreements (SLAs) o Integration of FDI EMEA Change Control, Incident Management and Problem Management processes. o Providing input to the CTO technology map. o Reviewing and revising documentation.
