Managing leachate, surface water & groundwater treatment systems at the Hills Compton Bassett waste treatment and disposal facility.

Role: This role required the efficient use of time to provide each guest with the same high level of tableservice. Responsibilities:- Mentoring of junior staff.- Communicating guest requests to appropriate team members.- Ensuring complaints were resolved in a professional manner.

Role: Logging and translocating Great Crested Newts from a development site.Responsibilities:- Logging and translocating any Great Crested Newts and other reptiles from the development site.- Communicating activities to senior ecologists for use in official reports.- Working within a team of field assistantsAs an additional responsibility I volunteered to collate all the data sets gathered by the team of field assistants. I was able to collate the data into an easy to use excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet was comprised in order quantify the success of the project.
