I have a BSc (Hons) in Food Business, a Malting Diploma, and a Master Maltster accreditation, which reflect my passion and expertise in this field.I have been involved in numerous projects over the years in areas such as process improvements, energy consumption, and the commissioning of new malt plants in Australia and North America.
