Most recently, I was selected by the senior leadership team to consolidate Luxfer’s facilities from four to two by shutting down the Findlay, OH plant and relocating operations to the Madison facility. While serving in this role, I led the transition, solved shipping/quality issues, and trained employees on setup and operation.

After relocating operations to Ohio, I assumed leadership of the plant and held full P&L responsibility. During my tenure, I increased capacity by doubling magnesium production and expanding copper/zinc capabilities to support sales growth from $33M to $50M. Additionally, I developed and instituted yield metrics across the plant which increased production 15% and improved material tracking. Equally important, I ensured timely delivery of intermodal containers to the UK, identifying and resolving transportation logistics issues.While serving in this role, I directed product development and implemented best practices such as 5S into operations. Additionally, I updated, replaced, and modified outdated equipment and production lines thereby increasing uptime 5% across the plant. As an integral part of my role, I ensured quality standards were met or exceeded and managed EHS, customer service, purchasing, and supply chain.
