I believe I am a proven results oriented problem solver who is focused on getting the job done. I believe that the employees are what make the mission happen and thus my goal is to take care of the people so they can take care of business. I believe there are times when "I can't", but usually there is someone who can. My goal is to build trusting relationships with people so "they will" when I am in need of their help. I believe that working with people is not hard, but it requires patience and understanding of the other viewpoint. I believe that rules are needed and they do matter, but there are times when common sense must prevail.
