Responsibilities: Provide level 2.5 support to ATT customer accounts.Working mainly with Cisco network equipment and some non-Cisco devices, these include 3COM, Cabletron, DECNet & Token Ring IBM equipment. Vendor manages circuit vendor and 3rd party hands and eyes support teams. Manage problem tickets from creation to closure. Creating metrics showing workload, scope creep, Service Level measurements, and identifying service related problems and creating & implementing action plans to address these service related problems.Documenting processes and procedures to assist in problem determination, and provide Training/Education/Coaching Sessions for entire AT&T Network Support team.Skills: Strong Cisco network hardware/software support skills. Skills in desktop/laptop environments and software installed on the windows PC environments. Leadership skills; working with team members to create a self-empowered working environment that leads to an improved problem resolution time (MTTR). Strong with all Office suite programs, creating charts, graphs and trending statistics. Strong skills in providing education to an individual or individuals when an identified education gap is identified or a new procedure/process is going to be implemented.

Focal for account transitions into RNMC and also out of the RNMC. Travel, training, customer facing responsibilites.

Responsibilities: To provide support for customer's data & equipment. By performing problem determination and taking logical steps to resolve the issue quickly. Which includes troubleshooting varioustelecommunications equipment, routers, TCP/IP and creating and updating detailed tickets.Skills: Strong understanding of Modems, CSU/DSU's, OCU's. MJU's and data circuits. Very strong skills pertaining to problem determination and problem resolution. Strong skills with CMS400, Comsphere, MAXM, VM systems. Strong familiarity of WinNT & Linux work environments. Strong hands on knowledge of Racal, Cisco, Paradyne equipment.

Responsibilities: Providing technical support by troubleshooting and resolving customer's issues that pertain to Internet, connectivity to the Internet, operating system issues, browser issues and email issues.
