Assisted with the implementation of numerous projects which included the following:- Product Change Over (PCO): This project was to implement the successful changeover of equipment and bioreactors to prevent the possibility of cross-contamination when changing to new products. The overall goal was to create a process plan for total PCO in 24 hours using the business concepts of Kaizen to allow for continuous improvement at all stages of upstream and downstream processes.- ImEx . This is the amalgamation of lean tools such as Standard Work, Operator Care, 5S, and ensures that all areas are carrying out tasks using the same methodology. Primary responsibilities of ImEx include identification, management and execution of CI opportunities to improve schedule adherence, minimize downtime and meet improvement targets. Analyze data to drive root cause analyses and to prioritize improvements. As part of this, I trended good saves and good practice save metrics and presented data weekly to management.I carried out a weekly environmental walkthrough of upstream and downstream cleanroom areas, recording possible sources of failures/contaminations and advising when services were needed.
