Was responsible for the day to day operations of the laser cutting department. This entails keeping the operators supplied with orders that must be processed. I also keep up with the machine maintenance and building maintenance. Helping operators when they have trouble with a set up or operations of the machines. Responsible for the quality control of the laser department.

Was responsible for the upkeep, set up, and quality control of the secondary department. I had to make or modify tooling as required by the Hardridge lathes to complete the job required. Delegating work to the operators as necessary for timely completion. Also, forklift operation and machine operation was required as necessary.

Took wood stock and made furniture parts with a Diehl or Woods moulder. Operated the Tennon Saw, band saw, table saw, chop saw, planner, and the Nash sander.
