Responsible for developing, integrating, modernising and growing in-house contractor services, and delivering strategic and operational objectives as part of our two year programme to transform our two existing DLOs into a single, class leading in-house contractor within the Torus Group.With overall management responsibility for the delivery of Planned Investment Works, Cyclical and Green Space services, and Aids and Adaptations, and for the provision of business support functions including performance, compliance and assurance, and admin support.
