Prepared samples are input on instrumentation in batches of forty five for analysis using Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry. Batches are verified by the proper criteria, set by the calibration, controls, chromatography, ion ratios, signal/noise and quantitated results, listed in the SOP. Interpretation of results are finalized and released to clients predetermined specifications..Preventive maintenance on High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to ensure analytical separation. Trouble shoot and implement changes needed for reviewing signal/noise, chromatography and data interpreting. Observe changes in pressure/flow rate and make adjustments. In addition, my position keeping work areas sanitized and observing all regulations regarding safety and compliance as outlined by OSHA, SAMHSA and CLIA.
