Tactical Operator/Chief. In a military training environment using 2D and 3D computers, track all entities of a training exercise and record their movement while making annotations of real time events taking place on the battlefield. As a TAC operator/chief I ensure all TAC stations are powered up the TAC tracking board is up to date with current 24hr missions and next 24hr missions. The (SOI)Signalling Operating Instructions is checked to determine the correct radio channel and the right operating lane for a specific workstation. TAC operator ensures communication is established between observer controller and TAC workstation. TAC operator ensures all actions on battlefield described by OC is annotated and all communication pertaining to the mission is given. Each Tac station is equipped with a laptop consisting of lane books for every mission, that will be executed during the entire exercise. The tac operator ensures that his or her military counterpart is familiar with the lane book and is knowledgeable on how to develop his or her powerpoint slide presentation associated with the mission they are tracking. Once mission is complete TAC operator will package all data accordingly, to include audio and visual per workstation and burn CD for AAR purposes. CD will be checked and validated prior to dispersion. TAC operator will ensure package is complete for mobile after action review team use.

Operations Technician, assists the Site Lead with administrative tasks, reports, monitoring communications, tracking movement of all contract team personnel. Also assists with maintaining property accountability of contractor and government furnished equipment and requesting resupply of all expendable training and office supplies. • Prepares and executes all required administrative documents and reports.• Monitors the Program Management net and tracks the movement of all contractors from the U.S. (amber zone) of the base to the Iraqi side (red zone) and back each day with the use of personnel locator beacons. Ensures that all personnel are accounted for every morning and at the end of the work day.• Assists with the accountability of all government and contractor furnished equipment at the designated work location. Prepares and submits inventories and reports to the Country Property Manager as required.•Manages all expendable training and administrative supplies to include issue, storage and forecasting, as needed.

Manages hiring, training, accounting, human resources as well as coordinates work schedules of 35 security personnel to ensure all areas are met with contractual compliance. Managed operations center assisting Navy Base police with investigations of thefts, accidents and property loss. Managed the operation of 10 close circuit T.V.’s and operators for the monitoring of Naval Air Station Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Managed the staffing, scheduling, supervision and training of the work force. Responsible for the recruitment, final selection, orientation and training of all security force. Ensured that all training Lesson Plans and Programs of Instruction were aligned with the current Statement of Work criteria. Processes timecards for payroll, and instructs interpersonal and communication classes.Ensures State and Local requirements are met annually to include weapons qualification for Class G license, Class D license for security and First Aid and AED certifications.
