Member of the Global IT Leadership Team and APAC Region’s leadership team. The primary role is to oversee the availability and strategic utilization of information within the region and act as IT SPOC to keep Region Leadership abreast of the Global IT strategy and plans; also responsible for ensuring that Global IT leadership is kept aware of regional specific business needs and requirements. Full accountability for effective delivery of IT projects and services to the Region’s business clients. Ensures ongoing development of human and technological capacity necessary for delivery of information services to the Region and it’s business partners. • Scope of services covers the following territories: A/NZ, Japan, Greater China, Korea, India, HK/Taiwan, and ASEAN countries that generate over $500m USD in annual revenue and 4700 associates and business partners. • Key achievements to date include completion of regional IDC in Singapore. Completion of Nortel and Radvision acquisition for APAC. Migrated communication platform to latest Avaya Aura 6.2 for all 19 sites in Asia Pacific. Completely running the Avaya telecommunications infrastructure On Avaya technology.

Directly responsible for managing Client Services Excellence programs including:• Operations/financial metrics and regular business reviews for Asia Pacific Strategic Outsourcing. • Client relationship and satisfaction, account growth, erosion mitigation, contract health, audit excellence and Project Executive enablement initiatives in Global Technology Services across Asia Pacific’s 15 countries which include Australia, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

• Directly Responsible for overall IT operations for both steady state and transformation activities for Visteon in Asia Pacific. • Provided SPOC for client, handled all major severities and change management requests in Asia Pacific.• Managed in country Delivery Project Executives (DPE) and technical resources in China, Japan, Philippines, Korea, India and Thailand to deliver service and meet contract set SLA, as well as maintaining cost to meet healthy GP and ensuring account in each country is audit ready and compliant. • Achievements include relocating the AP service desk from Singapore to China to reduce operating costs by 30% annually while maintaining quality service and high customer satisfaction.
