CurrentManage NEEA's Northwest End Use Load Research Project, consisting of the Home Energy Metering Study (HEMS) and the Commercial Energy Metering Study (CEMS). The 5-year project is conducting primary end use load research, needed for energy efficiency, demand response, distributed generation, transmission and distribution planning, and integrated resource planning. Facilitate the Project's Working Group of ten Northwest electric utilities, the Energy Trust of Oregon, the Bonneville Power Administration, and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Advise on the development, management, and implementation of NEEA policies related to modeling, forecasting, and reporting of energy savings, cost-effectiveness, and value metrics.
