A retired professional engineer, now a volunteer for Convention of States Action, seeking to grow a strong grassroots team across Kansas intent on helping the Kansas Legislature invoke their Constitutional power to call an amendment convention as stipulated in Article V of the United States Constitution. Washington is broken and the states have the solution. When two thirds of the states apply to Congress for an Article V amendment convention, Congress shall call such convention of the fifty states to consider amendments to impose fiscal restraint on the federal government, to impose term limits on Congress and other federal officials, and to limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government.
