Some job role responsibilities:--Assist clients in meeting their technical requirements in the Qualification and/or Validation process of equipment, utilities, facilities, software, and/or other systems.--Prepare, maintain, and/or review validation and compliance documentation, including project specifications (URS, FRS, DS, etc.), risk assessments (HLRA, FRA, FMEA, etc.), qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ, etc.), and reports.--Develop Validation Master Plans, process flow diagrams, and/or test cases.--Create or define validation/qualification study features, such as sampling methods, testing strategies, and/or analytical methodologies.--Execute validation/qualification protocols by conducting tests of new or existing processes, equipment, or software in accordance with internal procedures and external standards.--Analyze validation test data to determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteria or to identify deviations/discrepancies and their root causes.--Identify deviations, discrepancies, and Non-Conformances from established standards and provide recommendations for resolving them.--Assist in training equipment operators or other staff on validation protocols.--Coordinate the implementation or scheduling of validation testing with affected departments and personnel.--Prepare detailed reports based on results of validation/qualification testing or reviews of procedures and protocols.--Create, populate, and/or maintain reports for tracking validation activities, test results, or validated systems.--Travel to client sites as needed--Work whatever shifts required by clients
