JobOR (2010 to Present)Work cleaning OR surgery rooms, this includes quick flips for re-use and terminal cleans at the end of the day after the last case. Detail cleaning of the sterile sections of the OR department on days it is closed. This includes hallways, windows, doors, surgical lights, stationary equipment, floors, walls, as well as assisting the Sterile Processing Tech when counting instruments.EVS (2010 to Present)Work cleaning patient rooms during and after their stay. Clean bathrooms, public areas, nursing staff areas, offices, and collect trash from said locations. In-serviced on Hazmat Training. Able to clean areas efficiently and uphold the standards of the hospital. Work well with others, always polite with patients and staff. I have done paperwork for my supervisor for both EVS and NS as well, this includes: weekly huddles, monthly in-services, audits, chairperson of safety committee, also on the compliance committee, room inspections, cart cleanliness inspections, glow check inspections for high touch areas, chemical dispenser inspections, Bed Tracker, scheduling, payroll, Daniels Sharps ordering and partial ordering of supplies.Completed a course, at the end of October 2015, called "I Customer Care" to further educate myself in Customer Service, Work Ethic, Communication, as well as positive ways in dealing with change.NS (2009 to 2010)Worked on register in cafe, served in cafe, Cleaned cafe area when closed, cooked patient food both AM and PM, cleaned dishes in dish machine, answered the phone for patient meal orders, assembled and took patient food to rooms, stocked orders when they came in. Also deposits, receipt counts, catering management for Cater Trax, audits, and surprise patient tray assessments. (Manager is the same for both EVS and NS departments.)
