Responsible for daily operations of the warehouse including 13 employees, ordering of all products, packaging and supplies for production, receiving and processing orders, managing outside sales including contacting new accounts and maintaining current customer base. With a strong foundation now in place we are presenting a new image and company vision for future success and growth to both current and potential customers.

Responsible for 60+ sales representatives, 8 District Managers, 2 Account Managers and 4 Regional Managers in 23 states. We were able to tailor our product selection and programs to meet customer demand while maintaining a service level above competition and building lasting partnerships with customers. This on top of building a top notch sales force, training to handle daily situations and challenging them based on each employee’s strengths to build a strong field sales and management team.

Responsible for seven chain accounts, 270 retail stores and 2 part-time representatives. I had wonderful success in wholesaler, chain and independent accounts building strong and lasting relationships that led to future career opportunities. I worked closely with those in my region helping with computer training and organizing of promotions.
