Designed neighborhood/regional retail centers totaling 4.0 million SF in Ten East coast states, sized to 250,000 SF with majors such as ShopRite (includes largest Shoprite built to date 95,000 sf), Super G and Caldor; executed Retail “Roll-out” Programs up to 300 stores sized to 75,000 SF in Six East coast states for retailers such as Blockbuster, Starbucks and Stop & Shop and completed Restaurant and Hospitality projects totaling 1.6 Million SF. Designed over 1.2 Million SF of Corporate and 1.0 Million SF of Corporate Interior projects for American Express, Trump, Travelers Insurance, RCA, Commerce Bank, International Harvester & Smith Barney.Designed 5 storey 100,000 sf and low/mid rise suburban office buildings, their fit-ups and renovations. Lead Architect for the Atlantis Consortium, a conglomerate of development/construction firms, that managed the Architecture via the firms of FRCH, KMD and HLW to create the Atlantis Project, a $2.0 Billion entertainment/retail complex with 1.2 Million SF of retail, an Exploratorium and a 200 condominium 50 storey high-rise – for the Penn's Landing competitionl of '04.Master planned over 5.0 Million SF of facilities and designed over 1.1 Million SF of Academic, Assisted Living, Healthcare, Mixed Use, Manufacturing and Religious facilities throughout the Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia region. Presently, completing a LEED for Homes and "near Net Zero" multi-family project.He personally manages all projects, deals directly with all clients and supervises all project documentation.
