In 2005, I was diagnosed as dyslexic by the The Dyslexia Association in Derby. Rather than a hindrance, I have found my dyslexia allows me to ‘think outside the box’ in problem solving. I can see the bigger picture, recognising patterns and picking out anomalies in data.
