In addition to my role as Administration Director I became responsible for the day to day running and planning of the company. I dealt with all customer and supplier negotiations, procurement, selling, pricing structures and producing all company accounts.

I implemented a computer based invoicing system using Sage Instant Accounts, having to create a workaround to allow multiple prices for all products.
