ERP project experience spanning over 7 years has assisted in moving into a partial advisory role and providing leadership and guidance across the business, while also still engaging with clients. Now prioritizing contribution to the success of our high profile and high value commerce & supply chain projects from both Solution architect and Project management perspectives.

My Role is primarily based on providing Dynamics 365 based solutions to businesses of all sizes from a supply chain and commerce perspective ,although advising on overall business process and 3rd party software recommendations will always be considered if it means providing clients with the best overall solution to help their business grow and to become future proof. I specialise mainly in Supply Chain & Retail / Commerce modules and excel in POS and advanced warehousing implementations.

My role revolved around determining practical solutions for both business and technical processes using Dynamics 365 and other 3rd party software through working with client resources at all levels , from shop floor workers to directors. This was accomplished by building strong relationships with our customer company employees, gathering business requirements, assessing business needs, and providing creative and effective solutions that conform to emerging technology standards.

- providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for dynamics AX-collaborating on internal roll out improvements-configuration of environments-Liason with other Depts, key stakeholders and clients over use and continued improvement.-Pro actively working with project management to improve transition , delivery , performance and availability. -Functional and integration testing -Analysis of issues and providing workarounds.

In my last 6 months at Europe's largest online professional sports retailer, ProDirect, I Have been working on the implementation of Microsoft AX dynamics 2012 into the business also learning a lot of configuration and functionality along the way. I mainly test new releases and support various departments with the functionality side of things as we have now gone live! My role includes :• Recording errors, retesting scenarios which have created the errors for validation andthen reporting to the development team.• Creating workarounds / temporary solutions until a fix can be applied.• Creating SOP’s and other training documents for departments to use.• Training and supporting staff across numerous departments during UAT and supportingafter go live with the department managers or ‘AX owners’.• Creating and following test plans for ‘Golden Path’ tests once a release has been appliedand also a test plan for variants off the golden path.• Reporting new issues and raising them in daily scrums every morning with our projectteam. Also requesting updates from developers on the status of current fixes to passacross to the relevant departments.• Partaking in meetings in regards to how services can be improved across the businessusing AX.

One half of Visual assemblies limited . Although my company did well in its first 2 years my lack of business knowledge and passion to continue declined. I still produce and edit for other businesses from time to time as additional income and feel it was a steep learning curve running my own business in which I have no regrets!
