Data mining of driver information (risk assessment question responses, training assessments, e-learning results, licence check information, demographic data etc.), and consequent factor analysis of this data, in order to assess response / behavioural patterns. These are then used to inform targeted driver training and suggest amendments to driver assessments. Responsible for the production of customer MI from the ground up, involving bespoke query and dashboard construction, for many large UK and International companies. Analysis of motor claim data to discover incident patterns and suggest corrective interventions to customers. Analyses of the efficacy of on-road training and e-learning modules, employing various data sources such as psychometric data, demographics, telematics, motor claims data, licence offences etc. Creation of ad hoc reports to analyse specific concerns both internally and externallyActing in a consultative role directly with customers in order to ascertain MI requirements, improve data gathering/categorisationConduct psychological literature research to advise in the creation of assessment and training packages
