Developed the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Public Safety Remote Pilot Certification Program, training firefighters to safely operate Unmanned Aerial Systems. He has in depth knowledge of core Remote Pilot program concepts such as Aviation Training Operations Procedures Standardization (ATOPS), Operational Risk Management (ORM), Crew Resource Management (CRM), and Aeronautical Decision Making (ADM). Skilled in Tactical EMS, Confined Space Rescue, Search & Rescue, Hazmat Operations, Fire Suppression Systems, and EMT-Paramedic. Strong military and protective services professional. Holds a multitude of public safety certifications to include FAA Part 107 Commercial Remote Pilot.Upon serving 26 Honorable years in the US Navy, he retired at the rank of Hospital Corpsman Senior Chief Petty Officer. Senior Chief Danielson achieved 22 years as a US Navy Helicopter Crewchief, with distinctive qualifications as a Special Operations Forces Support Tactical Aircewman, Rescue Swimmer, and Search and Rescue Medical Technician. He has held leadership roles as the Command Medical Department Leading Chief Petty Officer, acting Division Officer, and was hand selected by the US Navy Reserve Force Surgeon to lead the Medical program for the 2515th Naval Air Ambulance Detachment in Kuwait, supporting MEDEVAC in southern Iraq. At his final command he served as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the Navy’s only submarine rescue program, Undersea Rescue Command. Senior Chief Petty Officer Danielson’s personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal (2 single action with Combat “V”, and 6 strike flight awards), Navy Commendation Medal (2 awards), Navy Achievement Medal (4 awards), Iraq Campaign Medal (4 battle stars), Combat Action Ribbon, Deep Submergence Insignia, and multiple unit and service awards.
